All your support requests will be attended to in maximum 1 hour after the ticket or email has been submitted. If your case requires further assistance from a server admin, we’ll forward the support ticket or the email to the person on duty, without delay then leave a comment to inform you that more time will be needed for arriving at a solution. If you order our Managed Services package, any of the services included there will be completed whenever you specify.

Our client support staff will be online for you 24–7 should you require help working with our Web Site Control Panel or with any of the applications that we preinstall on your behalf on the dedicated server. And if you need help with the standard administration tasks on your dedicated server, you can take a glance at our Managed Services package, that includes data backup disk space, OS updates on a weekly basis, problem troubleshooting and software installation procedures, server monitoring and rebooting services, etcetera.
