Our Managed Services solution includes a great monitoring device, which will keep constant track of each of the services running on your dedicated service to determine if everything is alright. If there is ever any problem, it will instantaneously alert our sysadmins.

Backup Space

When you are working with mission–critical data, it’s mandatory to keep a backup of everything, especially if it’s your own business data. That is why we provide you with a 50 GB off–server backup space with our Managed Services package. You will be able to save all the vital data on a special backup server with RAID hard disks that belongs to the exact same network. This will render the backup procedure faster than the blink of an eye. And our knowledgeable sysadmins can help you set up an automatic system that will back up everything without you being required to raise a finger.

Installation & Troubleshooting

It can be quite frustrating if you’d like to install a web app or a service on your dedicated service, but you keep running into problems. This is when our Managed Services package can help save your day – it offers installation and problem–solving tasks. This means that one of our very skilled senior server administrators will be working half an hour exclusively on the problems that you have specified. You can ask him to install a web app or a service, or to solve an issue that you keep observing. Or to update your dedicated service OS.
